A pipeline of novel first-in-class antibiotics

Nosopharm’s antibacterial pipeline is constituted of 2 novel molecules : NOSO-95 and NOSO-74. Each of these molecules are first-in-class antibiotics with a broad spectrum of activity (Gram-positive and Gram-negative pathogens). These 2 novel antibacterial agents are active against multiresistant clinical pathogens.

NOSO-95, our most advanced molecule, is currently in preclinical development.
